Elena
At the La Encantada estate, a party is in full swing ahead of the grand finale of the Miss Mexico beauty pageant in Mexico City. Elena rushes into the surrounding press to reveal the truth, but her path is cut short by a tragic event.The story then begins three months before this moment, begins with the arrival of the shortlisted winners from each state in the country.
Jocelyn
Jocelyn learns that her sister has disappeared. Meanwhile, in the presentation to the sponsors, Nora tricks Dolores, Marijo and Jocelyn to take part in a video. Afterwards, a politician gets involved with Jocelyn that results in fatal consequences.
Ángeles
The next day the girls try to act naturally and keep up appearances, but soon reports of Valenzuela’s disappearance appear on the news. Elena receives a tape.
Isabel
Raúl intimidates the girls while Elena hides the tape in Hidalgo's office. Isabel obtains Iriarte's sponsorship but finds out that she is pregnant. Jocelyn tries to run away for her sister.
Luisa
Valenzuela's widow appears on television asking for help. La Encantada receives a Mexican band and they choose five girls for their video clip. Jocelyn runs away to find her sister.
Concepción
In the middle of a photo session, it is announced that the governor's body has been found in the town's river. Raúl López Morton is pressured by the party, but he threatens to reveal the tape.
Dolores
Raúl goes in the car with Elena and threatens her. He offers Jocelyn and Ángeles a deal, but the future of the contestants is in danger and another tragedy ensues.
La Final
After a shocking turn of events, the contest girls are fearful. López Morton decides to take charge and threatens Jocelyn and Dolores. Jocelyn reports this to Elena, who decides to speed up her plan. Concepción declares the truth in front of the reporters before the contest. However, her confession is not recorded.
