Carolina arrives with her sister Celeste and confesses that she is about to be arrested because Carlos has set up a shell company to sell apartments, which has been a big scam, so she asks him to keep her in the convent. In search of a telephone signal, Carolina arrives at Óscar's ranch and decides to go in to talk to Celeste, but when he finds out that she is a woman, he threatens to throw her out. Father Gabriel arrives at Óscar's house ready to propose that Sister Celeste be responsible for Moisés' education, but he rejects her. After what happened to Gloria, all the women decide to leave Monteverde, but when they board the truck, it suffers a mechanical failure and starts on fire, putting Andrés' life at risk, but Óscar saves him.

Celeste prevents the Monteverde authorities from taking care of her godson Moisés, so Óscar has no choice but to thank her for her noble gesture. Given what happened to Óscar, Gloria decides to leave Monteverde, but Angelina stays to start a new life away from her mother. Sister Celeste confesses to Father Gabriel that she is determined to keep all the women of Monteverde. Óscar, desperate at not having heard from Moisés, arrives at the house where Sister Celeste and the other women are staying. When he asks about his godson, he finds a photo of her with a man.

Celeste tries to defend Moisés from Óscar's scolding, but he assures her that she has no authority to tell him how to raise him. Lucía is not intimidated by Lucas and shows him that she has the knowledge to tame the 'Duchess', however, he does not hesitate to remind her of her sad past. Franco lets his father know that Lucía is the only person who has managed to tame the 'Duchess'. He rejects the idea of a woman working with his mare and expels her from the ranch. Franco tries to convince his father that Lucía is the right person to tame 'Duchess', but he categorically rejects the proposal and warns him that he is forbidden from entering the ranch.

Talking to Néstor, Rosalía discovers that 25 years ago he and Oscar went to Aguascalientes to sell some horses, which convinces her that she could be the daughter of one of them. Lucía tells Franco that she had many plans for the future, however, everything fell apart when Rodrigo, her fiancé, abandoned her on her wedding day, causing her great suffering and forcing her to forget everything in Monteverde. Upon discovering that Don Manuel is rich, Gloria is convinced that he is the best candidate for her daughter, Angelina. Rosalía takes some toothbrushes from Oscar's house to have them analyzed and prove whether Oscar is her real father.

Carlos demands that Celeste reveal the whereabouts of Carolina and her son. She refuses and assures him that if she tells the police, she will be the first to report him for identity theft. Gloria arrives at Father Gabriel's parish to complain about Sister Celeste, but also questions him about whether it is true that Juan David is the richest man in Monteverde. Néstor realizes that Sister Celeste has achieved what no one else has: Óscar's approval. He denies it and assures his friend that the nun does not have the same tricks as other women. Óscar, upon seeing Celeste without her veil, does not hesitate to admire her beauty and recognizes how beautiful she is.

Óscar tells his sister Celeste that many years ago he was the king of the dance floor, and she assures him that she wishes she had met him back then. Franco is very excited to help Lucía with her cake business, but in the face of his excitement, he doesn't hesitate to kiss her. Celeste warns her sister Carolina that hiring a lawyer to prove her innocence would be very expensive, but what she doesn't realize is that Óscar is listening to the entire conversation. Andrés tells Óscar that he misses his father a lot, and he suggests that he get in touch, but on the condition that he not tell his sister Celeste.

Carlos, upon hearing his son's message, returns the call and, upon learning that a man answered, believes it to be Carolina's lover, but warns him that the woman is a con artist. Óscar visits Celeste to tell her what happened, and she confesses that Andrés' mother is innocent, but they look for a way to prove it. Juan David surprises Angelina by asking her to marry him, but she rejects him, confirming that she only did it under pressure from Gloria. Father Gabriel arrives at Óscar's farm to tell him that Eva has appeared and gives him a letter, which he decides to burn when he has it in his hands. Moisés shows Franco part of a sheet of paper that his godfather burned, and upon reading it, he discovers that it was sent by Eva, his mother.

Juanita notices that Carolina is worried about Óscar's situation and suspects that she is beginning to have feelings for him, but when she asks her, she denies it. Celeste seeks Óscar out to offer him support and comfort, and feeling devastated, he doesn't hesitate to hug her and begins to cry. Franco asks Néstor to tell him the truth about why his mother abandoned him, he assures him that he doesn't have an answer, but what is clear is that Óscar is a great father. Óscar confesses to his son Franco that the reason Eva left them was because she decided to go with another man.

Celeste informs Carolina that the Mother Superior has returned to the convent with the intention of going to Monteverde. Lucía is determined to leave Monteverde because she doesn't want to fall in love with Franco, who shows his love with a romantic kiss. Celeste tries to convince Mother Gustava that she should go to Monteverde to supervise the group of women they have sent, but the nun objects and assures her that she has lost all confidence in her. Angelina prepares to go to Zacatillo with Juan David to show him how much she loves him, but Gloria discovers her plan and begs her not to give herself to him before the wedding.

Óscar complains to his sister Celeste about paying Moisés to disconnect the internet antenna, and confesses that he did it so that their father wouldn't communicate with his superior and so that she wouldn't be forced to leave town. Angelina plans to surprise Juan David for the first time, so she prepares for the big night, but he falls asleep. Franco confesses to his father that he is very disillusioned with women, as he asked Lucía for a chance, but she simply preferred to leave. Moisés tells Andrés that his sister Celeste's good heart has won over his godfather Óscar, as he has fallen in love with her.

Andrés demands that his mother leave Monteverde, since Óscar has fallen in love. She denies that such feelings are true and assures him that no man should be interested in a nun. The Mother Superior tells Sister Celeste that the women at the boarding house treat her as if she were “crazy”, and she tells her that she will pay more attention, as she hadn't noticed. Sister Celeste assures Óscar that he is a good-hearted man, but he likes to pretend otherwise. Óscar assures Andrés that he has a great relationship with Sister Celeste, but he knows that she is a nun and that he can't look at her.
