

The fourth season of Lab Rats has a new story location – Davenport’s Bionic Academy, a training facility on a remote island that brings higher stakes and over-the-top missions for Leo and his super-human step-siblings, Chase, Adam and Bree – and a new series title, “Lab Rats: Bionic Island.”

Bionic Rebellion (1)
Chase, Adam, Bree and Leo discover that a confidante has secretly formed an evil rebellion to exact revenge for his father's death by killing Davenport, leading to a bionic battle of good versus evil. Meanwhile, Leo is quick to tell all of the other students that he is not "one of them" while bragging about living with Adam, Bree and Chase in their high-tech quarters, which quickly comes back to haunt him.

When Douglas' long lost dog, Otis, shows up on the island, Chase becomes severely allergic and Adam instantly bonds with him.

Feeling left out when no one recognizes him as the fourth member of the bionic team, Leo does his own self-promotion, resulting in more mission alerts than the team can handle.

Adam and Chase each lead their student groups against each other in a series of simulated exercises that will evaluate both student and mentor performance.

Leo is injured during a mission and Tasha takes care of him, realizing the danger he puts himself in.

Douglas and Chase work together to reanimate an extinct species of sea spider but the spider escapes and puts the entire academy in jeopardy.

Bree and Chase discover that a female bionic student has a commando app like Chase and she starts terrorizing the academy.

When Chase and Davenport create a groundbreaking energy source with a new piece of technology, the Incapacitator from “Mighty Med” tricks Chase into thinking he’s a potential buyer and takes off with the device. This crossover continues on Mighty Med S02E17.
Space Elevator
Davenport’s top scientist Dr. Ryan arrives at the academy to test his latest advance in space technology. Chase is immediately threatened by his young surfer dude demeanor and their rivalry heats up when Chase is forced to work as Dr. Ryan’s assistant.

Douglas reveals that a former colleague is a movie director who wants to make a movie based on Adam, Bree and Chase; when the director shows up to the Academy with her actor, Troy West, for research, her evil agenda begins to unfold.

Principal Perry brings back a skull from a neighboring island and everyone is convinced that it's cursed.

While trying to prove his worth before his bionic step-siblings, Leo permanently injures a teammate, all because the U.S. President overlooked him for an upcoming team award.
On the Edge (2)
Racked with guilt over blinding a teammate, Leo moves back to Mission Creek, but his self-exile ends when his family finds itself in extreme danger.

When Tasha gets everyone except Perry tickets to the big game, Perry goes crazy and destroys the tickets.

Everyone is shocked when Douglas introduces a fourth bionic sibling named Daniel who’s been living a normal life with an adopted family.
