Email From The Murderer
An eyewitness witnessing the murder of a young woman at night alerts the police. Although Marc Hoffmann and his team find hardly any traces at the crime scene, Rex knows where the perpetrator must have been last placed. An e-mail received by the police sheds light on the case. It comes from the murderer.
Man With No Memory
Dr. Graf from the Vienna Commissariat witnesses an assassination attempt in a wine tavern. A young guest survives the gunshot, but loses his memory. While investigator Hoffmann is still clarifying his identity, he escapes from the hospital. Rex searches for the man in Vienna, but the assassin is also after him.
At Last The Beast Is Dead
Jürgen Zartmann really hasn't had a good day: his partner Dvorak accuses him of ruining their joint company with his daring dealings. His wife, Christine, files for divorce, and an anonymous caller blackmails him. A short time later, the police find his body in a Viennese park.
Doping
An ice hockey team trains hard, but not so much the game itself as the brawls. Since player Gebauer can withstand a lot of hard blows, his teammate suspects that he is doping himself to endure the pain. A short time later, he falls through the ventilation shaft of the air conditioning system and lies dead on the ice. The police have to clarify one thing above all: How does his end up in a landfill?
