Franklin helped Bear to overcome his fear and had a wonderful night.; It is Halloween and everyone can't wait for the Halloween party. Franklin and friends go out for a spooky night of trick-or-treating. When strange noises and ghosts appear, Franklin thought it was Bear until he heard from Mr. Mole that he was home sick with a nasty cold.
Franklin Rides a Bike / Franklin Is Messy
When every one of Franklin's friends seem to be discarding their bicycle training wheels overnight, Franklin decides it's time for him to take the plunge - two wheels or no wheels! Thinking it easier than it turns out to be, Franklin's first fall has him convinced that he'll never be able to do it. Franklin has the messiest room going. He also has the best toy sword going. However, taking pains to avoid tidying up, it's not until Franklin accidentally steps on his prized sword hidden beneath all the junk does he realize the merits of "a place for everything".
Franklin Fibs / Franklin's Blanket
Franklin's friends can do special things. Franklin can't seem to think of anything he could that his friends couldn't so he made up that he could eat seventy-six flies in the blink of an eye, but didn't realize fibbing could also get him into trouble.; Franklin can't find his favorite blanket before going to stay at his aunt's home.
Franklin Is Bossy / Franklin's Fort
Franklin's bossy attitude doesn't bode well with his friends. Knowing that he can tend to be too bossy when playing with his friends, they decided to stop playing with Franklin because he was always bossing them around so they didn't want to play with him anymore. He soon realizes that being bossy and alone is no fun so he learns how to play fairly.; Franklin is faced with the fear of going up in his friends' new tree fort.

Franklin has to decide which of his gifts he needs to give to the toy drive for Christmas.; Franklin visits his Granny for the day and learns how much those visits mean to Granny and there's much more to her than he knows; eventually, he discovers that grannies can be also be friends too.

Bear becomes a big brother to Beatrice, which at first distresses him until he gets the chance to look after her.; At day camp, Bear spending more time with Possum makes Franklin feel left out, until Bear consoles him.
